Overview
JF Industries specializes in high-performance generator step-up and step-down transformers, designed for efficient voltage transformation in various applications, including power generation, industrial facilities, and renewable energy systems. Our transformers are available in ratings up to 10,000 KVA (10 MVA), providing reliable solutions for both increasing and decreasing voltage levels as needed.

Standards Compliance:
Designed to meet or exceed IEC, ANSI, WAPDA, K-Electric, and other customer-specified standards.
Temperature Rating:
Capable of handling a 50°C average ambient temperature winding rise for efficient performance.
Frequency:
Designed for 50 Hz or 60 Hz as per customized requirements.
Insulation Levels:
Medium Voltage (11.0 KV, 33.0 KV) with BIL of 75/95 KV, 170 KV, respectively; and Low Voltage (1.0 KV) with BIL of 3.0 KV for enhanced safety.
Robust Construction:
Built with a mild steel (MS) sealed or conservator-type tank (for higher ratings), featuring optional corrugated designs. Includes welded lifting lugs, support angles, and base channels for secure pole mounting.
Mobility:
MS undercarriage with roller wheels for models above 100 KVA.
Conservator Tank:
Integrated with a silica gel breather for models 400 KVA and above.
Connection Points:
User-friendly design with top cover mounted MV and LV porcelain bushings, equipped with tin-plated brass terminals for secure connections to copper or aluminum conductors.
Corrosion Protection:
Powder-coated finish for superior corrosion resistance and an attractive appearance.
Clear Identification:
Engraved nameplate displaying ratings and diagrams for easy reference.
Safety and Protection:
Features safety devices against internal and external faults, including a tank pressure relief device, arcing horns/surge arrestors, and tank ground provision with an earthing terminal. Insulated cover plate for bird protection on live terminals.
High-Quality Insulation:
Uses insulating oil compliant with IEC 60296 standards and winding insulation compliant with IEC 60641 for enhanced reliability.
Drain Valve:
Included for 400 KVA and above ratings.

Quality Assurance and Testing
All furnace transformers are rigorously tested in accordance with IEC and ANSI standards, with test reports available by serial number. Testing includes:
